Terms of Service
By using Bank's Blackjack inside Discord or through an approved browser fallback, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the activity.
What the activity does
Bank's Blackjack is a community-run Discord Activity that lets players:
- Play blackjack against the Bank dealer
- Save a persistent bankroll and personal statistics
- Join a queue-based lounge or a solo bot lounge
- View saved results, leaderboards, and table history
Fair use
You agree not to abuse the activity, automate gameplay, interfere with other players, exploit bugs, or attempt to access or modify data that does not belong to you.
No real-money gambling
Bank's Blackjack uses virtual chips only. No wagers, prizes, withdrawals, or real-money value are attached to in-game bankrolls.
Availability
The activity may change, go offline, reset, or be removed at any time. The operator may also rebalance the rules, economy, or saved data if needed to keep the game healthy or fix errors.
Section 2
Privacy Policy
Bank's Blackjack saves only the data needed to run the activity, identify the correct player inside Discord, protect table flow, and restore progress between sessions.
Data collected
- Discord user ID
- Discord display name and avatar URL
- Consent state and basic preference settings
- Bankroll, refill state, and blackjack stats
- Channel or guild launch context when available
- Queue position, active table state, and recent hand history
Why it is stored
- Restore your bankroll and personal progress
- Keep queue turns and active-seat ownership accurate
- Render leaderboards, table history, and player stats
- Support basic moderation, debugging, and abuse prevention
What is not collected
- No payment information
- No real-money wagering data
- No direct messages or unrelated Discord server content
Retention
Gameplay data may be kept as long as it remains useful for the operation of the activity. Data may be trimmed, reset, or deleted during maintenance, balancing, bug recovery, or shutdown.
Third-party services
Discord identity and activity context come from Discord. Hosting, tunneling, or logging providers used by the operator may process technical data needed to serve the app.
